No-Show Policy: If our cleaning team arrives for a scheduled appointment and is unable to access the property, a no-show fee may apply as specified in your service agreement.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers.

Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees. Continued failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to providing high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns and, if necessary, re-clean the area in question at no additional cost.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fresh Start Cleaning and Maintenance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Fresh Start Cleaning and Maintenance harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
